Vicki Dutcher is the featured stamper over at Spliccoast Stampers. I found this card of hers that I was very impressed with; it caught my eye immediately. AFter I picked a card, any card (Vicki's joke!), I was to make a card of my own based on her card and here it is! I used Sizzix embossing folders, a Gina K. Designs stamp, glossy cream card stock and two strips of Real Red card stock. The medallions are popped up with pop-dots.
