Dawn McVey over at Papertry Ink has done a Make It Monday video to show us how to make a background design with stamps that are not normally used for backgrounds. Check it out and see how easy it can be! I was blog hopping this morning with Annabelle Stamps and Marion had a beautiful card posted. I had been thinking about what to do for the Make It Monday challenge and her card just screamed at me -- CASE ME, CASE ME!! So I did -- you never want to argue with a beautiful card! The stamp that I used comes from Papertrey Ink's set, Everyday Button Bits.
Changing subjects..........
a watermelon
a bagful of roma tomatoes
leaf lettuce
a papaya
a bif ole mess of green beans
4 zucchini
5 small onions
bell pepper
4 avocados
7 plums
2.2 pounds of large shrimp
2 guitar instrumental cds
spray bottle
and we only spent a little over $20 US! We're going to be eating very good for a while and entertained with soothing music! This is a photo of the street market that my sister took when she was here in July. It is several blocks long with stands on each side of the road.
Until next time,
Happy Stamping to All,
Betty

great job om keeping that sentiment so straight!
and what a haul for only $20 - back here just the shrimp would have cost that (-:
YUMMMMM wish we had a market like that! Beautiful card... CASE perfection!
Wow! The CD's alone would cost $20 here. Love your haul at the market. Love your card...thought of casing that same card.
Betty,
I really don't know how you kept the sentiment so straight, that is amazing! I love it! That market haul will sure extend finances LOL
You did such a great job of keeping the sentiment straight! Do you give lessons? I could certainly use some. :) It's a wonderful card.
What a cute and CAS card! That looks like a nice market to shop at! Love fresh fruit and veggies, that season will soon be ending here though. :(
Wow, you sure did a great job keeping the lines straight. Very cute card. I would love to go to a Farmer's Market like that.
Boy would DH love something like this. He is back to talking about how we need to eat healthier. He goes through phases, teehee. So recently he found "My Fit Foods" store. But he didn't get the deal you did ... $8 a meal! I love the background you created!!
